Need a calendar that functions.

I am looking for an Android calendar app that can duplicate 20 year old technology. Is this asking too much?

I am a therapist. I make appointments for people that change constantly, from day to day, from week to week.

I need a calendar that I can copy and paste future appointments for people. I also need a calendar that has a search feature. I need a calendar that keeps all past appointments on record. Insurance companies, billing , and individuals have questions-how many times did they come, when were they last in, etc. I also need to be able to put a few notes on appointments, and a phone number.

Do you know of an android calendar app that can help me? Please advise. Thanks.

Personally, I'd use a robust desktop Calendar program such as Outlook and then sync from it to my phone. I don't think most phone calendar apps were ever really intended to be used in the kind of professional capacity that you're looking for.

Others may have better options for you though!
