Need a Contact App that does NOT sync

I have over 20,000 contacts which poses a problem for some apps, particularly for syncing with my cars system. But I do need to be able to search these contacts when I need to. So, I need a contacts app that does not sync with my phones contacts, but stays separate. Just a database I can use separately from my phones contacts but that is on my phone...hope I am making sense. Any suggestions?
