Need a developer to develop my app idea, I'm willing to give %50 of all revenue that the app generates to you when it hits the market.

You and about 500 million other people. The 1990s are over - no one develops software on spec any more. You might find someone willing to pay you $100 or so if it's a good idea, but it would have to be a really good idea.
 
No one is going to develop your app for free buddy. I can create a prototype for you if you want. Rates starting at $1000.00
 
Send me some more info on your idea, we can discuss all of the details at a later time, I would like to know what needs to be done.. don't mind all the naysayers...
