Need a good dictation app

I want to dictate a long (>1k word) document and export or mail to my PC.

I want something accurate, pfeferably savvy enough to capitalize new sentences and learn new words. and capable of dealing with long documents and long pauses when I think. Preferably, as inexpensive as possible.

I'm running a Moto G Power with Android 11 and a Windows 10 Pro PC, and I have the MyPhone app.

Any suggestions?
