I got Zimly from the Marketplace. It is a free app.

I quite like it. If your videos are not quite the right size it automatically adjusts them to fill the screen.

Audio player is quite good, uses playlists, etc.

I am on an Xperia X10

I personally like Meridian. The fact that it supports gestures is the killer feature for me. Its really useful while driving since you don't have to look at the phone to skip forward or go to the next track. It also has a video player browser which is very nice, since Android doesn't include one, and a file browser to find music and videos on your memory card.
