Help need a little help with file managers :-)

Hey I new with android and was wondering if some nice guy or gal could give me a tad of help.

1st thing, how do you turn that stupid rumble off? Its happens every time I click something.

2nd, none of the android file managers have permission to write to my 16gb SD card. The one that comes pre installed on this tablet seams to be able to, but not ones like astro or something. I hope you can help and thx for looking

The rumble can be disabled under the Sound settings, look for Haptic.
Apparently the AT300/05 doesnt include a driver for exFat so third party file managers are limited. What issues do you have with pre installed Toshiba File Manager?
