When i go to change my password it tells me i need my password change it when i don't know it so please someone tell me a way to change it i have my username but not my password.

Hi, Welcome to the forum!
Unfortunately you have not told us what account the password is for. Your best bet is to visit the website the account belongs to and find a reset your password link. For example if it is your google account password you have forgotten you will need to visit this link:
https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/
If you follow the instuctions that appear on screen you will be able to reset your password and then change it.
