Need a New Phone - What is closest to Droid ! in Size?

The D4 isn't that much bigger really.
I went from the OG to a 3, it's bigger yes, but not ridiculously so. The 4 is almost exactly the same size as the 3.
Play with it, see what you think...if you like the physical KB it is a really nice upgrade. My son just got the 4 to replace his OG and loves it.

There really aren't any more good 3.7" phones out in the marktet. If you want to stick with the DROID line, the 3 and 4 are only .3" bigger for a 4" screen. Coming from the Droid 1, this really wasn't a big change for me.

If you REALLY wanna stick with the 3.7" screen size, the HTC G2 for T-Mobile and HTC Rhyme for Verizon are ok. The G2 is about 1 and a half years old, but it's a pretty good phone. It'll never see ICS probably, but it's a decent daily driver. The Rhyme is HTC's more modern one, but it's a bit more entry level. Again, if you don't need high-performance these phones may work for you.

If you want 4G the iPhone is out of the options. The D4 is likely the best option for you. I personally thought that a larger screen wouldn't be all that great when I had my OG and D2G but with the TB and now Gnex I have adapted quickly. I am not sure how large your pockets are but I have no issue putting my Gnex in my pocket on any pants.

A woman I work with who has the Razr Maxx has no issue with it's size and wears tight pants.
