Help need a rom for trevi phablet 4c

i was using a chaina phone trevi phablet 4c. somehow it was stuck on boot. i try to flash it with the rom given with my request from the company website trevi.it . But after trying to fash with their rom it is not opening. even it is not charging. if i connect the phone is detected by PC. it is saying to change rom by SP flash tool for the given rom. What can i do?? pls help me

If you think you have the wrong ROM, get back in touch with the company. I can't find any firmware for your device, online.
