Need a simple app for my passwords, ect?

I need to save my bank account numbers, passwords and some credit card numbers. I do not need an app that is all that high tech and complicated. I would just like something that is protected via a password so that if my phone is lost/stolen the finder cannot access this information. I tried Keepass but I didn't really like it as I was unable to change the entry fields, ect. It would be nice to have the ability to have this information backed up somewhere. Thanks in advance for any reccommendations!
 
I used SplashID on a different platform. It is not too simple, but it has a desktop component for backup, and it has never failed me.

Do you use the desktop app that you have to pay for? I would like to be able to backup my data....can I do this by backing up my SD card or is there another free way to do this?
 
Check out Keepass, works with Android and Windows so you can share 'tween your phone and pc.

Dang, just reread your post and you're not too thrilled with Keepass. Too bad since it's a great program if you give it a chance.
 
I dig keepass also, have it on my laptop, pc, keychain thumbdrive and phone:) not to hard to keep them synced together.
 
B-Folders works well, and offers syncing with a secure desktop version, too.

the Android program is free, the desktop one not.
 
I like Keeper as well. You do have to pay for the desktop part after the 30-day trial, which is a ridiculous $29.99/year. However, you can create backups on the servers and use those to restore even without the desktop sync.
 
I like OI Safe. Simple, easy to use, and backs up passwords to your SD card. Yes, it's geared mostly towards passwords, but there are "user name" and "note" fields where you could store other info like card numbers, etc.

You can inport current passwords from a (properly set up) .crv file, and you can export the files to an unencrypted .crv file to your PC, but you could lock that file however you like.

I've always been a big fan of KeePass, and I'm pleased to announce I'm now using it on Android too!!! There's no OTA sync between the PC and Android version, but it's easy to move the file once a month when I change passwords--check it!
 
I have both KeePass and B-Folders on my phone. I like the UI of B-Folders better, and the fact that it can keep different item types(notes, contacts, credit card info, login information, and bookmarks that will not show anywhere else on my phone). I like KeePass better for storing login information.
