Need/advice recommendations for T Mobile prepaid phone

As I mentioned a couple threads above, I'm moving two lines from Sprint to T Mobile prepaid.

I bought the Nexus 5 for myself. However, I need advice for a phone for the wife.

She is using a GS3 through Sprint now. She's not too big on having the big and best, but after having the GS3, I suspect it would be hard to downgrade.

Any advice on a similar device to look for in the $200'ish range? Hoping to sell her Sprint GS3 for about $150 to help offset the early termination fee from Sprint. Or can I bring that device over?

Any ideas?
 
Sprint phone does not work on Tmobile unless its a Sprint global phone that has SIM card slot.

The HTC One S (no more update from HTC) was on sale for $180 and Optimus was on sale for $149. These are pretty decent phone with good resolution. Go to slickdeals.net and fatwallet website to do a search and maybe put it on a watch list.
 
Ya that's what I would like to get her ideally.

Looking at $160 early termination fee from Sprint and around $200 for a phone.
 
I was less than 6 months and my termination was $50. I am glad to be out of Sprint and CDMA.

Where else could I have gotten an S3 from? Lol

Btw I recently got lte in my neighborhood after they refarmed it so you guys without lte can expect it to come! :-)

The thing about a Nexus 4 is you know at most it's a year old. All the people upgrading have to do something with their phones. (Just like my husband. He's upgrading his N4 to the N5 - I'm keeping my N4.)
