I ordered her the HTC One M9 as it was available to me on my Verizon acct at $27.00 a month, I also decided to add $3.00 a month for insurance in case she damages it in any way.

The M9 won out for me because of the internal audio amplifier and front speakers.
She ought to enjoy it. She has put up with a POS Lumia WinSloth phone for 3 years now.
