Need an auto proxy changer

Hi,
My work wifi has a proxy so everytime i go to work i have to put in its ip address and port
then after work i have to remove them again to be able to access my home's wifi
Is there an application that does this automatically?

Nah, i prefer to ask here..
I actually found 2 on the market (proxydroid/wifiaid), gonna try them sometime soon, still prefer to hear from other people.
