need an email app that work without enable my phone sync

i'm looking for an email app that work without enbale on my galaxy s3 the sync feature

is there one that can check every x minutes for new message without having the sync phone feaures enable?

I don't use sync, nor do I leave DATA or WiFi turned on when the phone is asleep.

For me, when the phone is unlocked, it good enough to get new mail.
If your email app keeps polling the server, it is going to use up a lot of battery.

My favorite email app after trying and discarding others is Aqua Mail.
Truly an amazing email app.

So it sounds like you want to be able to keep having your mail checked using your WiFi but not your mobile data, yes?
Try going into your Settings >> Data usage >> Mobile tab and scroll down the list to whatever mail app you use. Click on that app and at the bottom of the window that comes up there's a checkbox for 'Restrict background data' that's supposed to disable mobile data in favor of WiFi only for that app.


Another option is more involved but if you install a firewall app you can block/unblock each app on your phone from using either/or your WiFi or mobile data. If you've rooted your S3, 'Droidwall' is a good choice, if not look at 'NoRoot Firewall'.

i use wifi and photone data ,i 'm always connected on internet
but i have sync off in the preferences on my phone
galaxy s3 neo

some email programs need the sync on like google mail app
