Need Android TV Box Help

My Android M8S Box has nothing on it. i tried to do a restore and nothing is working i have a black screen. and my android box won't shut off unless i unplug it. Could someone please help me with this mess.

Have you tried the obvious ones...

Change (or wiggle) the HDMI cable.
Change (or wiggle the cable in) the HDMI socket on the TV.
Change to the corresponding HDMI input on your TV. (Input or AV button.)
Use the RCA jack socket to get a connection?

It was working on HDM3 before it tried to reboot then the screen went black.

The device failed to boot after it worked OK before, right?
You attempted to restore the device to factory settings and it crapped out?

If this is the case, I'm guessing the internal backup was defective and the process of attempting to use it has corrupted the bootloader.
I don't think there's an easy way back from this. Best to return it for a replacement.

Just one thing... why did you try to reset the device?

I tried to reset it because i lost everything after i tried to do a update.The Update only took everything off of the box. Thanks for your help much appreciated

You should tell us about update since the beginning. At this moment you can just flash the device with the image below:

I Havent yet, .im not sure how to flash the device. are u saying device as in android box

i can see the Blue and Green M8S logo. but thats all i see. Sorry im new to this. So should i flash the device. Also could you please explain how to do that
