need app that edit copied art clips

i need an app that work like MS paint, where you can paste acopied photo to a new paint file froom word doc to edit.

all the programs i found doesnt have the option to paste a photo, they all ask you to browse from gallaery.


tis makes me sad that such a stupid fuction is not available for android!

i sometimes copy pictures attached in word files to edit then import back to work file.
