Ok, simply put without giving away my whole idea, I am building an app and have ran into a problem. One of the things that I need the app to be able to do is communicate with the qualcomm chip ( radio ) of the phone, (refering to CDMA based handsets).
Does anyone know how to make an app communicate with the radio and possible make changes if neccessary? Any help at all is greatly appreciated, I have searched for weeks and had no luck.
