Need "Before-the-hour" chime/reminder (3-5 Minutes)

I need an app, like a clock or reminder that will chime (X) minutes BEFORE the hour, like 3 to 5 minutes before the hour. I can find a number of apps that will remind or chime 15 minutes before the hour, but I need something more selectable than that, sooner before the hour than that.
Ideally, where I can select it to do this during certain hours, not every hour, if possible.

Just set your alarm 3 to 5 minutes before the hour. Are you looking for a Chiming app like a Grandfather's Clock but user changeable?

I haven't seen an app like that but I've never had a Chiming clock or watch so I've never really thought about it.

If there is the app is probably called 'Chimes' or 'Big Ben Redux'.

I never use any type of alarm on my phone.. I have a mental one.
