Need BEST media manager that syncs!

I am looking for your opinions on the best way to manage music and sync new music added (to either location) as well as updated info (i.e. if I add album art to an album on my pc, it will send to my phone without having to duplicate the work).

I know the Vcast manager does this somewhat (or I just have no clue how to properly use the program.

I also know that there is a "windows media sync" option when I plug in the USB, but I dont commonly use Media Player, so I am looking for ideas from people that have found the best way to do it!

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I recommend media monkey. It will sync with your phone and also has very convenient tagging abilities so if you have a lot of music with no album art or info it will download the info/art and tag them almost automatically. You just select the song or album you want and it will pull the info off of Amazon.

Back when I was a pc, windows media sync and wmp were actually pretty good for syncing. You can try winamp though.

If you're an itunes user, instinctiv's pretty good. It uses your itunes library.
