Hi All,
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the entire android sdk, done all of the relevant upgrades but I am still experiencing this problem where the emulator won't start and the two files adb.exe and emulator.exe are 0KB in size. Upon an initial install they are the normal file size but after I try to run the emulator these files go to 0KB, what is going on?
I keep getting the error message that the adb process is being used by another process. I am running windows 8.1 64bit - is this some sort of bug with the latest sdk?
