I have the MX Android 4.2 TV Box and when I turn on the screen shows the time and date says emergency call and something for me to type (like a lock screen password) how do I get back to my normal viewing the way it was before .. I need help please and thank you in advance

Hi , This phenomenon maybe you have set password in vpn or google play. For this problem you can go to clear data to solve the problem.

How do I clear data if my screen is stuck on that emergency call ?

You can hold a stick to press the reset button , The reset button is inside av port, and than you can plug the power adapter, than you will get the phenomenon of update fail, At this interface have wipe date option you need to click the option.
