*Need help* Buy games from Marketplace

Hi all,


I'm just wondering is there any way for me to buy "Paid app" or "Paid games" from the marketplace? Coz currently my country (Malaysia) is not available yet. Does rooting my Desire solve this problem?


Appreciate if anyone could lighten me up! :D
 
I'm from the US, but i live in singapore now. When I want to buy apps, I put in my expire, deactivated US sim card thats several years old, then connect to the market via wifi. Try buying a US sim card from ebay or something.
