Help Need help connecting phone to pc..

I'm trying to connect to my pc (win7) with usb cable using kies3 and getting this.. can anyone pls tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

When connected to your PC access the pull-down menu on the phone and select MTP. You may however find you will be prompted to upgrade to Samsung Smart Switch which is Kies 3 replacement.
