Need help deciding Razr Maxx or Galaxy S3

I am ready to upgrade my phone and am having trouble deciding between the Razr Maxx and the Galaxy S3.

On one hand the maxx has great battery life and great call quality (something samsung usually lacks). There are also relatively cheap landscape desk dock/charger and car docks.

On the other hand, the s3 has more features and better specs. But atm lacks a landscape desk dock/charge (or at least one that doesnt look like a franksteined together dock using left parts of other docks).

anytone have some wisdom they can impart to sway me one way or the other?

They both got LTE, both have 4.0, and if you're on Verizon, the best service. So seeing that NFC won't become widely used for a while and TouchWiz takes up much more RAM than Motoblur on ICS, which renders the GS3's 2GB compromised, get the Maxx.

was just going to ask the same question. half of my droid x's screen is messed up and my plans up so I need to figurer out which one i want. hard decision
