Need help deciding

Hey all, new to the forum and kinda new to this android deal. I currently own an iphone but we are looking for a second cell and have been considering the magic (rogers). Now all I currently own is Apple products (macbook, imac, macmini) but am by no means a fanboy. I am just curious if I will be missing anything if I give the iphone to the wife and get me a magic?

I like the linux'ness of android and like messing with new os's. Other than that I'm not sure. I do already use ALOT of the google apps which also make the android appealing. Just not sure if it will do EVERYTHING the iPhone does. BTW does the android have flash (web based flash not flash for the cam)
