Need Help Finding an App

I have found that when I silence my phone at a Doctor's Office the Alarm and Media Volume remain full blast. So I'm sitting quietly and suddenly my Alarm goes off...

I tried to find an App to totally silence my phone (Ring, Alarm, and Media) with maybe a widget to make it easy to turn on and off but I can't seem to find one.

Any suggestions besides manually turning down Media & Alarm every single time I need my phone to be quiet?

Widgetsoid. Just select for your widget one of the switchers, and pick volume control for one of your toggles. I love it, use it everyday. I even have it in my notification bar at all times, along with on my homescreen.

I find Mute Ringer (silent for T min) better for sound. It enables vibrate mode as option as well as puts the silence on a timer so that after your doctor's appointment you do not forget to switch the sound back on.

I basically need a widget where I can hit ONE button and it mutes my Ringer, Media, and Alarm volume.

The picture I posted was just a configuration screen. The actual widget is what is showing on top. And yes, you can easily turn off all your volumes from one widget with widgetsoid.
