Help (need help) galaxy note has a strange bright white line of the right side

hello guy can you tell me if my has a firmware problem or screen problem ? because i has got a strange white line of the right side of my phone and it was very bright. picture down below

If it's always in the same place and doesn't change, then it's almost certainly a screen problem. Repair or replacement required.
