Need Help Immediately!!

Hi there i have a ace duos which worked fine untill a couple of days ago when my bluetooth stopped working, my wifi was acting up, then my google play store never connected even with an active working inernet connection. I have done everything i found online to fix the play store problem but nothing worked so i evem factory resetted the phone hoping it would get fixed but no luck in the start up wizard itself it cannot establish a reliable connection. I tried the google apps trick to sign my gmail account in through wifi this time but its still the same thing it cant establish a reliable connection. My wifi is working because i am sending this through my phones browser.I can not do anything without my account so PLEASE HELP I NEED HELP.URGENTLY

Nevermind guys the problem can be fixed by using any one of the google apps on your phone for me it was google+ though none of the other worked for me but still its fixed

if anybody can please tell me y this problem arose in the first place

Possibly Play had an outage, it does occasionally. Maybe it was just fluke that you used one of the Google apps and Play came back up at the same time.
