Need Help Locating VOIP App

Hi,

I've spent a few hours searching and not having luck, hoping somebody on the forum might be able to help....

Looking for a Wifi Android app for my unlocked S3 that offers:
- Free phone number
- Free incoming calls
- Free voicemail
and
- Doesn't require a Google account. Preferably not even an email address.

Is there any such app out there that fits the description??

Hey man you want something and you do not wish to share anything. Weird. What are you afraid of? Fongo app is very reliable but you have to have an email to register. You know that right now you cannot have a prepaid card and no if you do not share your identity you won't get Nada. He he. Ask Santa. Ohooo hoooo.

Quite a few do what you want if the other person is also an account holder. I use Viber. Needs a phone number.

There's nothing wrong with not sharing. Some of us feel our personal business belongs to us and no one else.
