Help Need help on this!

Hello all forum members, I registered because I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Mini.

The issue is that it won't play any sound (music, notifications, etc.) through the speaker. I attached a picture so get a better explanation of my problem.

What I need to is whether it's a configuration issue and how to fix it or if it's something worse, maybe a hardware problem.

Maybe your microphone jack is dirty or something is stuck in there which is making the phone think there is something in there. This will make the music come from the headset.

Thanks for the help. I just tried doing what you told me but the problem persists. :S Any other option?

IF it is a software issue wiping data at the recovery or doing a factory reset will solve it. But you will lose all your apps and data. So, make sure you back up them before doing factory reset.

If it is not solved, showing it to a technician might help....
