I agree with Drrandall...don't bother with a $150 10" tablet. It will be a horrible experience for everyone and you'll end up not using it or throwing it out. If you need a 10", there are plenty of reasonable options for around $250 on used/refurbs tablets (Transformer Prime and/or Toshiba Excite are excellent options). And if you can shell out $350 you can buy a nice new setup (Transformer Pad TF300 and/or Sony Experia S). I suggest sticking with the well-known, name brand manufacturers because they offer the best support, and you'll be able to get some money back in the second hand market if you ever decide to sell it. The no-name brands are pretty worthless in the second hand market.
If you're stuck at $150, then you should find a good 7" tablet. The best being the Nexus 7, in my opinion. It can be easily found for around $150 in the second hand market or $200 new. The next version will be coming out soon, so I expect sales in the coming months to drive the prices lower.
Good luck searching. I hope this helps!
