NEED HELP PLEASE!

My lg g stylo recently froze on the metropcs screen so I had to factory reset my phone in order to get back into it. After doing so my phone is now saying network service not available & will not accept my provider sim card! Went into metropcs & of course they were no help! Does anyone know what I need to do to regain my network connection again? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Go to your carrier and demand a fix.
Did you take the sim card out? And why?

Yes I did take out the sim card thats what metropcs advised me to do before factory reset. I have already went into the office and they saod that there nothing that they can do that it's the phone. So they said I just need to purchase a new phone! But I don't want to do that everything besides not being able to connect to the carrier works perfectly fine!
