Need help please

I have sprints HTC Hero and I have this backgrounds app. At first whenever I saved a background it saved into my photos. But now whenever I save one it says it saved it to my SD card in backgrounds directory, and I can't figure out how to get there. Help please?

Either mount your phone to PC or download App called 'Astro file manager' free from the market which will allow your to access your SD card on your phone
