Need Help Please! :]

howdy! i am a new member to this site (hope everyone here is friendly like people say they are) just want to say thank you to whom ever is reading this post. so i currently have a Nexus S 4G and im having a TON of problems :/ especially the battery and usb port. i asked sprint for a replacement and they said that i can wait for them to order another nexus or get the LG conquer (yea right!) but the nexus is sold out so i doubt i will get one plus i dont trust sprints refurbished phones :/ my aunt luckily (bless her heart) has a HTC EVo 4G :D but idk if i want to stick with ICS or go to an old phone :/what should i choose?

I can only speak for what I personally would do, so if it doesn't feel right to you, you need to do something else.
I would let them order me another Nexus. Even if it is refurbished, they are usually in 'like new' shape and you won't be able to tell the difference.
You really have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, in my opinion.
I have had 3 refurbs sent to me through the years, and they have all been very good reliable replacement phones.
