Help Need Help putting music as ringtones on internal storage

hi, i have had the Samsung Galaxy S for quite some time now. i had it all set up the way i wanted, where i used the internal storage for everything, such as music for ringtones, notifications, etc. i had set this up about 6-8 months ago when i got the phone, but today, had to take the phone to the at*t shop to get it checked out...they fixed it, but had to do a hard reset, erasing it all and putting it back to factory settings....my question is, how do i set it back up to where i store everything on the internal, and make it able to use the music files as notifications, ringtones etc?
