Need help rooting watch

I'm not sure what benefit you expect to derive from rooting a smartwatch and installing a custom ROM. What ROM are you wanting to install, and what does it allow that you can't do right now? I don't know of any development of a rooting method for Wear OS. Or even a custom recovery that would flash a ROM.
