Need HELP to have [SCATTER FILE] of Samsung Galaxy Note || N7100 Please

Hello everybody
My Mobile is Samsung Galaxy Note 2 n7100 16G
Please I need help with my device which completely dead because of failed root.

Before I start root it was freezing on the 1st logo shows GALAXY NOTE 2 etc and don't continue opening at all.

I read a lot about the problem and reached that I have to install a new rom.
I tried that downloading a Firmware from sammobile.com website and tried to install it by Odin but it failed at the middle of process.
I tried another Firmware from another famous website like sammobile.com but it failed at the middle of process too.
I read that there is another way to install my Firmware by using Samsung Kies so I tried this way but it failed also at the middle of process.

at this point my device was at downloading mode as it required while you install the Firmware.

I unplugged the device from USB cable then I switched it off and tried to switch it on again as I did before with all the above points but it didn't switched on again.

I thought it maybe by mobile battery but after I went to the shop it seems that the battery is pretty good.

after I read many many articles about the problem it seems that I need the scatter file of my mobile model
to be able to install a new Firmware again.

Is there anyone who have the same mobile model can help me with this issue by giving me the scatter file of his own mobile?

actually I can't remember exactly because this happened for days ago.
all what I remember that it's failed and the sign was red at the 1st sector from the left on the program window
but I think it was about the Firmware .. that's why I downloaded another Firmware to try again.
 
Usually best to try the most recent firmware version by release date for your country and carrier.
If you can boot into the stock recovery, the second line should be your firmware version.
Since you have a international version, Product and CSC code may make a difference.
Try again with Odin and note the error in Odin and on the phone.

I tried to reach my mobile Firmware throw the above link and I got it but can't reach the download page.
Actually I still can't switch on my mobile. So, first of all I need the scatter file of my mobile model before I start think to install a Firmware again.

I wish that someone who have the same device to make the scatter file and send it to me to be able to try installing the Firmware again. This is my main problem :(
 
Only Mediatek devices use a scatter file, are you looking for a Pit File?
You said that the device will not turn on, can you still get into download mode?
 
No reaction from the phone at all when you connect to a wall charger, vibration, red LED, charge animation?
If that is the current condition and the motherboard is not toast, JTAG might be your only option to force it into download mode.
Check if any local shops provide JTAG service.
