Need help to orientate mje with Galaxy 10.1

I have bought a Galaxy 10.1 GT P7500 a while ago, but have not spent time to know it better. I have set up my email, but in general I am lost, using Windows for years.

I struggle to upload books, organize my photos, etc.I am not sure what apps to use, etc.

Does anyone know of a good tutorial to get me going?

Wow. Android is a pretty big topic to put into a single tutorial.

I'd suggest two approaches; either

(1) Google the problem you're trying to solve "android organise photos best apps" (without the quotes) for example. That'll throw up lots of hits including threads on here and XDA developers like this one. It's from the Note forum on here but is equally applicable to any Android phone or

(2) ask a very specific question (like the original question in the thread I've linked too.
