Need help to remove Google play ad pop up

Hello,

I have these kinds of pop up ads that looks like it's coming from Google or somewhere. These ads do not appear all the time but they pop up here and there. How do I get rid of them? Thanks!

That's something to do with Chrome I think. I've seen some threads on it. Let me look and see if I can find some links for you.
