Need Help UHANS A101S

i buyed a UHANS A101S and after 2 weeks it freezed then it won´t turn on. When i try the hard reset power+vol+ the 2 menus appear recover, fast boot and other. i tried the 3 option bur nothing happens.

Any advice?
