need help. what is this unknown app that drains my battery?

so i got the message that an app is draining my battery even if my internet is off. and this app i don't even remembering downloading it, and i can't find it in any storage. and i can't disable it, if i force stop it the notice say "it might misbehave" and i got perturbed by it so i didn't risk forcing stop it. so what is this app? what does it do? and how can i stop it draining the battery? its related to qualcomm. thank you for reply!

Not sure, but a quick search yields results that it has to do with the stock dialer. Probably something that was included on the device when new.

Just choose disable and install a different dialer app to replace it from the play store.
