Root Need help with adb/cmd commands

Hey all, I had started a thread awhile back asking about some issues I have having with adb drivers..well I got that resolved.

But now I am trying to delete the 2.1 htc photo widget and push the 3.0 photo widget...does anyone know the EXACT commands to do this?
