I'm wanting to change my phone up a bit. I've got Nova Prime installed and running. I also went to the XDA site and want to mimic this phone's design...

I've downloaded all the links to my phone. Used AndroidZip to unzip the files. Moved the unzipped files to the UCCW folder.
I just downloaded the UCCW app, and don't have a clue as to how to use it really. Although, I'm sure it's not that hard to figure out since I'm fairly familiar with similar programs on the computer. But what in the heck am I supposed to do to get my phone to look like the one above? I figured by downloading the .zip files, that the actual clocks and icons would already be created, and I wouldn't have to do anything with the UCCW app, except for importing the specific icon, or clock file.
Any help?
