Can someone please help me install this Odin and CWM..can I accomplish this without my pc...kke wont install without a cwm I am to understand. .

You are correct. If you are rooted you can use the CWM Rom Manager app from Play Store to install CWM.
You use Odin to root your phone and many other things. Look at the guide posted in the Custom ROM Builders for Galaxy Rush forum
