need help with desktop

Hi everyone.. I am new to this and was wanting your guys help. this is my first android phone. i have have the nexus s 4g for sprint. and i had to update the lastest pandora which was from yesterday.. and in the market place they had this screen shot of a desktop that had a galaxy as its backgorund and a blue indiglow type clock to the right of it..

my question being is how do i go and make my android exactly like that?

every help, comments and thoughts would work..
