Root need help with droid 4 root

hey. ive tried like 9 tiems to root my droid 4. i cant figure out whats wrong. im using razr blade, ive extracted it to a new folder, but it wont run. this is what i keep getting

failed on '/data/logger' - permission denied
mkdir failed for /data/logger:file exists
unable to chmod /data/logger:Operation not permitted
link failed File exists

then it keeps going to phase four, then to cleanup, and it says
/system/bin/sh: su:not found

someone ples help
