need help with g translate

for some reason the input text and the output text are exactly the same, happens with the app and website, is there a similar app that actually works or am i doing

Make sure the from language and to language aren't set to the same thing as that sounds like what you are doing.

Also do DeepL to translate, it does a bit more accuracy vs. google translation too
