i got my girlfriend a boost rush for a christmas present i have to flash it over to verizon so she can use it but every program ive tryed cdma ws, dfs, qpst.....all see the com port will connect to it but will not read the phone or write anything to it ive spent 3 days reading countless tutorials and forums trying different things but nothing seems to work plz someone help me get my girlfriends present in order it would be so very much appreciated fyi ive tryed phone on and in download mode and the ##....# or *#*#....#*#* codes dont seem to work except *#06# shows meid and *#0*# is a service or test menu

From what I've been told, flashing sprint (boost is sprint) to Verizon usually results in limited functionality.

I do not know near enough about the subject to be of any real help, but I believe its going to be an uphill battle. Good luck.:)

you need to enter diag mode, its a dialer code different for eahc phone. from there you can change the esn using qpst and qxdm etc. then youll need to edit the apn's and a few other files to make it verizon workable :)

ok so i did some more reading and found this it worked cdma read mu galaxy rush the only thing i have to add to it there are multiple phoneutl files i just kept trying them until actually changed my phone to a port com on the device manager.................."this is how i got the tablet to go in diagnostic mode. downloaded launcher pro from the marker, add hold to add shortcut on the screen go to activities then phoneutil and then phoneutil and select it. then make sure UART AND USB have the modem select it and that's it. now we just need the 16 digit password so we can play with qpst.. I tried most of the known passwords on cdma workshop but none of them worked"..special thanks to hesantos83 on xda for posting this:)
