Need help with new Note 5

Hello,
Just upgrade from Edge Note and have some issues, Thinking about sending back the Note 5 if I can't get my issues worked out.
Can anyone tell me the following:
1. I have created folders but the apps still show on the menu screens. The Note Edge allows these to be hidden. Can this be done on the 5?

2. I use the Note for work and personal use. I need to hide apps when I am at work. Can this be done?

Hmmm.. as far as #2) Your best bet may be to download another app that allows you to hide apps...

Nova Launcher has some neat features in that regard,

Might be useful for you. Do you need to make the Command Bar / Apps Drawer disappear? Nova has a toggle for that to happen. You can name the folders anything you want. make the ones for noisy folks to look at in lowercase. I have all of mine in UPPER CASE.

In the folders, only one app shows for the folder, that is the one in the top left corner. Place a benign looking app there and the rest of the folder's contents is hidden from view.

I presume that the phone never gets out of your hands/control at work?
You just want to keep prying eyes from casually glancing at the home screen(s).

Nova gives you a lot of extra home screens, make one the Main Home, and the ones on either side of it just blank wallpaper. Your other apps can be hidden on the 2nd to the left or right screens or even farther away. I am using 5 home screens, Nova supports more than that.
