need help with remote desktop and windows 7. using moto x

Hello.
im trying to remotely access my pc. I have windows 7 ultra and have enabled remote sharing and disabled all firewalls. And turned off all antivirus/firewall programs. I have also opened port 3390. The good news is i can detect and begin to connect to my designated pc. Unfortunantly as soon as it conects it says logging off. And an error pops up saying, "connection reset" any ideas?

What VNC viewer are you using (the program on the phone)?

Im using extralogic remote desktop client. I've used about 5 diff ones all do the same thing. I use this one cause its the fastest one.

We don`t use VNC Viewer. But we use remote desktop tools like logmein, R-HUB remote support servers etc. for all our remote desktop needs.
